ROCK ISLAND, Ill.-- The Wartburg volleyball team moved its winning streak to eight as it went 2-0 at the Pumpkin Bash hosted by Augustana (Ill.) Saturday.

The Knights finished the regular season 22-5. Senior Aryn Jones (Marion) and junior Lizzy Blough (Dike) were named to the All-Tournament team.

The Orange and Black swept Illinois College (25-15,25-12,25-16) and host-Augustana (25-15,25-12,25-15).

Against Illinois College, Jones led all hitters with 12 kills and senior Maddie Miller (Johnston) followed with 11. Freshman Katie Foster (Charles City) had 27 digs.

Against the Vikings, Blough had a team-best 10 kills.Junior Mallary Erbes (Urbandale) had a double-double with 18 assists and 10 digs, while senior Maria Brown (Peosta) joined her with 14 assists and 12 digs.

Wartburg returns to the court in the Iowa Conference Tournament semifinal game, Friday, Nov. 3 at 7 p.m. at the U.S. Cellular Center.
