The Wartburg cross country teams will compete at the Central Regional Championships, hosted by Central College on Saturday, Nov. 15.

The men will race at 11 a.m. and the women's race will follow starting at 12 p.m.

The women's team was ranked No. 5 in the last regional (Central) poll and the men were ranked No. 8 in the most recent USFTCCCA regional rankings.

The women won the regional last year for the third straight year and eleventh overall time. Five Knights received All-Region honors as they finished in the top 35.
The men's team took sixth for the second consecutive year. The Moser brothers (Chase and Bennett) received All-Region honors for the second year.
