Lauren Thomas – sr., Midfielder, Rockford, Ill.
Two-year starter and gained strong experience in freshman campaign with 16 starts in 20 matches…Has 58 starts in 63 matches during career…Enters 2009 as third-highest returning scorer for offense after six goals, four assists and 16 points…Returning two-time second team all-Iowa Conference player…Business administration and fitness management major.
Logan Webb – sr., Defender, St. Charles, Mo.
Comes into 2009 as three-year starter for defense…Started each of team’s 21 matches last fall, 21 of 22 as a sophomore and 16 of 19 during freshman season...Two-time all-Iowa Conference honoree which includes first two accolades in 2008…Fitness management major.
Kari Krolikowski – sr., Defender, Sioux Falls, S.D.
Comes into 2009 as three-year starter for defense…Looks to return to role as defensive group leader this fall…Has started 20-or-more matches in each of previous three years…Communication arts major.

Came off bench during midseason last fall and wound up being team’s fifth leading scorer with four goals in 13 shot attempts…Looked to be among 2009 squad’s top offensive players…Biology major.
Christina Ernst – sr., goalkeeper, Carol Stream, Ill.
Heads into 2009 campaign as top keeper prospect…Started 19 of 20 matches during freshman season and has appeared in 13-or-more matches in each of last seasons…Ended 2008 with 3-1-1 record, one shutout, 13 saves and a 0.46 goals-against average…Elementary education major.
Taylor Vermie – so., midfielder/defender, Cedar Rapids, Iowa
Played in 18 matches during first season with Knights…Could be looked upon to assist strong defensive unit this fall…Exploring major with an advising preference in business administration.
